Most assignments start with a one–off project to determine target markets, messaging, databases and plan promotional activity for the next 12 months. This varies from a morning to 1-2 days, depending on requirements. The output is a marketing report, action plans and a budgeted plan. We then move towards implementation based on the number of hours the client wishes to pay versus what they wish to do themselves using in-house resources. But if you have this in place we can jump to tactical support asap.
