Our approach is to liaise with you to outline your objectives, agree the purpose of the event and the profile of the guests you wish to attend.
Usually, your event will be part of the regular and co-ordinated promotional plan we have been retained to implement, so we’ll begin planning as early as possible in order to maximise impact.
We create a project plan which outlines all key tasks, timescales and who will be responsible. From this we get to work booking venues and arranging catering, copywriting and designing invitations, sending them out and issuing reminders. We will help design exhibition stands and brochure handouts, as well as handle all other publicity such as social media posts, website articles and press releases.
Leading up to the event we will register responses, prepare badges, order promotional gifts or prizes, and exhibition materials.
