We initially met Simple Marketing Consultancy to discuss how we could improve our marketing strategy. Whilst our business was successful, it had reached a point where we wanted to grow to the next level, and the only way to do that was by dedicating resource to marketing to open up new markets and cross selling opportunities.
Having sat down with Bev and Elliot, it was clear that their energy and knowledge of marketing and PR was exactly what we needed.
In order to take the next step in our growth strategy, it was decided that one of our first projects would be to undertake a complete rebrand. Our old brand identity had become fragmented, was being used inconsistently, and in reality, no-one really understood what our company values stood for.
We were also unhappy with the number of leads being generated by our old website and again Simple Marketing Consultancy were able to offer constructive advice.
Simple Marketing Consultancy helped us interview and select the right creative and website design agency with the required skills. They helped manage the entire project so that we could relaunch our new brand identity and website. This also included a staff presentation to explain the rationale for the new brand and the meaning behind the Tecserv shield that was now part of our logo. We also explained our positioning strapline – protecting people, property and processes so that this mantra was lived and breathed within our business.
The rebrand also coincided with Tecserv’s 15th anniversary celebrations and Simple Marketing Consultancy have helped us roll out a programme of marketing communications activity including the issue of our very first advice based e-news bulletin.
The decision to rebrand and launch a new website has proven to be very successful.
We now retain Simple Marketing Consultancy a monthly retainer to help us implement an ongoing programme of marketing activity. We believe this combination of internal and external resource will ensure our marketing programme stays on track because it will position Tecserv in the right way to our target audiences, maintain the right momentum and continue to deliver new business enquiries.
