Our client Wynbrook Care Homes is celebrating award success following the announcement that Fernhill House Care Home in Worcester has won the ‘Best New Care Home – Elderly’ category award at the 2018 Pinders Healthcare & Design Awards in London.
Wynbrook was the only builder to have two projects shortlisted for an award. Chetwyn House in Chilwell, Nottingham was also shortlisted as a finalist.
Simple Marketing Consultancy has been retained by Wynbrook since January 2015 to help ensure they implement a regular programme of marketing. Based in Radcliffe on Trent, Wynbrook designed and built Fernhill House and Chetwyn House working in association with other contractors.
The Pinders Healthcare Design Awards seek to acknowledge the contribution made by designers, architects, and the owners of care homes, retirement housing and other care schemes to the well- being and quality of life for those in their care. Whilst architectural standards and innovation are key factors, the overriding test for any project has to be the degree to which it has recognised the needs and desires of the service-users and incorporated these into the final design. Winners were notified at Pinders Healthcare Design Awards lunch held on 14th March at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel.
Being successful in winning an award significantly helps raise awareness of Wynbrook’s care home expertise and their reputation for building quality care homes.
